War Memorial

The War Memorial at Tarrant Monkton was erected 1920-22. Every year, on Remembrance Sunday, a service is held to honour those who gave their lives.

The names on the War Memorial are:-

John Adams  Herbert Beale  George Frampton  Arthur Trim

To commemorate the 100 years since the end of WW1, the Village Quilters, led by Mrs Barbara Frampton, created a wonderful poppy tribute which adorned the Splash bridge.
